Lake Eola Heights

Downtown South

Now, with its recently completed Dr. Phillips Performing Art Center, Downtown Orlando has truly arrived. Cultural events, music, fine art and festivals fill the streets of owntown Orlando on almost a weekly basis. Condominiums and new apartment homes have become the favorite choice of most downtown dwellers. However, a bit of a renaissance has begun on some streets dwarfed by the high rise towers.
